Mireia and I chose this activity because we both like to dance and the zumba is like a type of dance, but with more movement, more intensity and more strength.

When we put it into practice we made some modifications, one of them was to repeat the dancing several times, since we only had to do it once.
The truth is that I was very nervous at the beginning and I was very nervous because I felt that everyone was looking at me and was very uncomfortable. But after a while we went and was quieter. Also when I'm mistaken in some way or word, I got nervous again, because I do not like to make myself wrong in public. What I liked most about being a teacher was when we were following each other when they danced and more or less I left them. The things that would improve would be that the nerves did not leave us the same way we had planned it, and something else that would improve would be the motivation that we gave them.
What I learned about this activity?
What I have learned from this activity is that sport is very important for our health and for maintaining an adequate physical state. And that you can practice with couples that is always easier at best.
